Portugal - Fatima to Lisbon

Next morning we went to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, the holy grounds, Our Lady of Fatima Shrine and the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. We were amazed at the sheer size of this religious site. The church itself is the usual size but then there are the grounds and the extra chapels, conference areas, monastery, basilica, shrine... It was very impressive. Here you can see, in the distance, the church from the last photo and this was taken from the top of the hill where crowds will be gathered for the Easter ceremonies, all the way back to that church!
